This is a parent node for tips on authoring, developing, testing, and deploying packages in Maple.

I will add child nodes for at least those four subtopics. That should help keep it organized.

I'll probably start off by adding some tips to the "authoring" or "code authoring" subtree.

A source of disagreement affecting all these topics might be whether to use Maple's own Standard GUI or scripts in the OS (eg. shell- or maple- scripts in unix, cygwin, command-window). Maybe both could be offered.
