Actually I can not get the advanced search tool to work in the application center.  Perhaps there is a trick?

@Kitonum Okay, I know that but I want a specific search.  When I go to advanced search and select maple 2016 and search, it should bring up all the applications for Maple 2016 but nothing comes up.

Suppose I just want to bring up all the applications for Maple 12?

The "Your Contributions" button is a good addition.  Is it expected to work soon?

Is it possible in the mapleprimes.com/recent or /recent/all list to have questions that have not been read as shaded?  Something for example like I show below..

As long as mapleprimes here stays around I'm happy.  I wouldn't use the stackexchange site if there was one.  But if they both existed I wouldn't mind.

Since I don't have visual studio c++ I found a post where someone had a similar issue moving from 32 bit to 64 bit system with the compiler.  Setting k=2 and turning the compiler off allows the model to finish calculating.

No, the modle will definitely help me but it appears that I require the visual studio c++ I was getting the error unable to compile (rc=1) please try again.

When I first load the beam.msim model it says..
The following components are used in the model but their definitions cannot be found.  Import the libraries that define these components to fix this problem.

MapleSimStandaloneSubsystem_1:beam
SharedSubsystem_1:link_1
SharedSubsystem_1:link
SharedSubsystem_1:link_2
SharedSubsystem_1:link_3

I'm not sure what that means

In MapleSim 2016 it doesn't appear to work.

Cannot find component definitions.  Running the simulation comes up with unable to find `K` in model `main` while expanding `main.K`

Thanks for the update.

How is the spam filtering coming along.  I saw an http:// post today.  Are you tackling that as well?

Version 2016 would be fine.  Does it differ much from older versions?

Curiously how different are the results of an equivalent single spring model?

@Joe Riel Thanks for looking into that, and I appreciate your work!  Would you be so kind to provide a download link to the model?

... 4 years later.

Can anyone try this model in Maplesim 2016 ?

The code snippet is a nice addition.  I did notice if the unused space was used up, side scrolling on the codes would be reduced, as a workaround reducing the font size in the code snippet would also help.

The change happened at Maple 13.  Maple 12 was the last version the dictionary definitions listed properly.
