How to build a discrete probability distribution with the function with two variables below?

ff := (x,y)->piecewise(x = 0 and y = 0, 1/8, x = 0 and y = 1, 1/6, x = 1 and y = 0, 1/3, x = 1 and y = 1, 3/8);
