Question:Plot () does not show any graph

Hi,

I'm a newbie with Maple 13, Student edition. 

 

Typed:

plot ( [ 1 + sqrt(t)] );

Maple 13 gives me a graph. 

But, when I typed plot ( [1 + sqrt(t), t^2 - 4 x t, 0<= t <=5]);

Maple 13 gives the axes of t and plot, and no graph.

 

What did I do wroing?
