I am writing A maple sheet to estimate parameters for a distribution using maximum likelihood estimation. In this code there is  a system of nonlinear equations. I solve it using solve function but it take long time and the solution is not correct for my problem. So I would you like to solve two points, long time and correct solution. The parameters must be as follows

theta and k >0,

nu and lambda >=0
