Question: animation Student [LinearAlgebra], Student[VectorCalculus] package

With the idea developed by Robert Israel on the SVD, I have developed the following lines of commands, which allowed me to move a few steps. But I can not make the animation and color the arrows of different colors.

The original idea is to use the commands provided by the packages: VectorCalculus and LinearAlgebra. By using the option, difference = true, within the command line:EigenPlot (A, ..., eigenoptions = [shape = harpoon, difference = true]); not get the expected result

It will be possible to use a command of the Student package [VectorCalculus] or Student [LinearAlgebra] with the option, "option = animation", to make the animation. For example Student [LinearAlgebra] [ApplyLinearTransformPlot] (A, output = animation).
