I find this works:

Threads[Sleep[(200); before it wakes up hit the stop execution button. You'll be at that location after the sleep command and can proceed step by step or enter commands. Restating execution doesn't seem to be possible.; maybe the debugger would allow you to restart?

My version is old so you may find the syntax is different for you if your Maple is more up-to-date.
