Though I sticked to using lists, because I saw no way of applying select or remove to an array or Array,

your suggestion of using the combinat: -randcomb command was indeed very useful to me.

I want to create a new matrix by switching the rows randomly, but leaving each row in itself the same.

by the way...

since I try this procedure with different random variables, the error does not always occur at the same stage.

e.g. sometimes it´s: Error, (in property/ConvertRelation)

sometimes it´s: Error, (in unknown) or Error, (in type/ParamProp)

sometimes something different. Anyway, the second part of the error is always: too many levels of recursion.
