how to solve f(x+1) according the assumption.

this question is going to be asked has been done several times by me but no answere is sent,but i do it again:

f(x)=sqrt(x+1)→domain(f):[1,+∞),range(f);[0,+∞)

how can i specify (range and domain) of a function in the softwere,please answere if you are able to.
