I have been helped numerous times with questions that I've asked on mapleprimes and realy appreciate this site and its service.

The majority of the help however, is from fellow mapleusers.

My suggestion, if possible, would be a few more people  officially affiliated with Maplesoft (For example customer service), being specially assigned with mapleprimes, specifically in the area of helping with Maple related questions.

Have you already looked at John Fredsted's Maple  package, "Gravitation"?  I think it's available at Maplesofts website (Applications Center).
