dC/dt = P*kappa*Ic -gamma[1]*C*E-delta[1]*C*H

dE/dt=lambda*E*(E[0]-E)-gamma[1]*C*E

dIc/dt=gamma[1]*C*E+eta*Ia/(epsilon+K)-kappa*Ic-alpha*K*Ic-delta[2]*Ic*M

dIa/dt=alpha*K*Ic-eta*Ia/(epsilon+K)

dH/dt=gamma[2]*C*H-mu[1]*H

dM/dt=gamma[3]*Ic*M-mu[2]*M

dK/dt=beta*Ic*M-chi*K

Thank you so much for your reply. In that system with 7 equations, C represents the number of bacteria and I and Ia denote the number of infected cells at two different states. Different type of immune cells and cytokines are represented by H,M and K. Therfore the other vaiables are not constant. Here I just want to know if we have a unique solution for this system or not because the system is actually a PDE one. Here I just ignored the diffussion terms and now became an ODE one. And also like to see the behavior of infected cells vs bacteria. So do you think it is impossible to get the field arrows showing the behavior of just two independent variables of this system?

By the way, I'll change "I" to for example "Ic".
