Use the Custom Components function in attachments.

Copy the equations, the parameters, initial values (I can't get this to work, but maplesim 5 leaves them empty if they don't make sense), specify the inputs and outputs of your system and it will work.

Make sure, you give the program the actualy initial values in maplesim
